'bzr help bugs' should list all known trackers

Bug Description

It might be nice for 'bzr help bugs' to list all the known trackers. This should include all the known tracker types at least, and possibly any locally configured trackers.

bzr help bugs/trac should document the configuration options trac wants.

Is this bug relevant anymore? This seems to be documented to me. It's possible that the documentation was updated and no one updated the status of this bug.

If more documentation is needed, please specify what is missing.

Is their anything specific that needs to be changed from the current documentation?

Yes, it should list known trackers, which it doesn't.
