Bug Description
The following statuses are not listed in “bzr help status”:
1. “missing”: occurs when you add a file using “bzr add” and immediately remove it using “rm”.
2. “ignored”: occurs when you specify ignored file on the command-line: “bzr status -- ignored-file”.
3. “nonexistent”: occurs when you specify nonexistent path on the command line: “bzr status -- nonexistent-file”.
It also looks like there are two other statuses merge-related: “pending merges” and “conflicts”, they can be found in “bzrlib/status.py”. Maybe also something other: I was unable to find any of the statuses listed in “bzr help status” in “bzrlib/status.py”, neither I was able to find “missing” status there.
