Bug Description

I build a Launchpad Recipe when I've got this error:

bzr: ERROR: exceptions.UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xed' in position 168: ordinal not in range(128)

Please include the full traceback when reporting bugs, just the error line is not enough to go on generally. Fixing this requires updating the version of bzr from 2.4 to 2.5 on the builders.
