Bug Description
I'm unable to do basically anything on remote SFTP server - I keep getting this error message:
TransportNotPos
Log in attachment is from push, but even simple repository init fails in similar way.
I think that the error might be on the server, but I'm not sure - lack of any meaningful error message makes it pretty hard to guess.

I've tried this with Bazaar on Python 2.7 (I use normally 2.6, packaged with Win32 installer - not sure if this made a difference).
Here's more detailed log. It seems that SFTP transport can't rename/overwrite file.
This log is from push.
