Bug Description

Minor failure running trunk 2394 on dapper:

It would be interesting to figure out how this happened. (Is your clock time off and ntp is slowly adjusting it)?

However, I wouldn't really consider this as a bug in bzr. If time goes backwards, I think it is fair game to have a test fail.
