Bug Description

I'm using Bazaar 2.3.4-1 and Win7 32 Bit.

It still includes only version 0.8.7.dev of xmloutput plugin, which has a little bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-xmloutput/+bug/729630). A bug, that is fixed by the xmloutput developers for some months now. Please look also at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-xmloutput/+bug/809769. So why hasn't xmloutput 0.8.7 made it into bzr 2.3.4-1?

Nobody has updated dependencies list. The patch should be pretty easy to make, one needs to change version number in bazaar_releases.py
