Bug Description
qbranches and qdelete dialogs use folder.png image from the colo plugin root as branches icon. Unfortunately this image can not be installed via setup.py (there is no package_data statement) and also absent in windows standalone installer.
The another way to fix this is to translate png image into python resource file with pyqt4 tool as qbzr did.
Not a big deal though, the dialogs work as expected.

Also colo plugin in the standalone installer lacks the file explorer/tools.xml
