Remove the option to show the tbar readme from the installer

The windows installer by default, shows the tbzr readme when it is finished installing. There is a option box to not show it, but then I have to remember to uncheck it every time. This adds no value, and gets in my way every time I upgrade. Please can we remove it.

Can you try 2.0.0rc2-2 ? I don't believe I saw the README (and it also
defaults to not installing tbzr.)
