Bug Description
Using svn-import to convert an SVN repo, I ran into an issue where 'bzr check' was reporting inconsistent parents. This repository had no revisions created with Bazaar. However, using the verbose option, I was able to see the inconsistent parents, and all of them were of the form:

You'll see each parent is listed twice when it should only be listed once. When brought up on the list, Jelmer said:
Please file a bug - we need to get bzr-svn not to write out such parents when cloning a
Subversion repository with round-tripped data.
Fixed in trunk. Please note that this was a regression in trunk, it hasn't been in any releases.
