push to svn+http trunk gives "tags not supported" error

Bug Description

When pushing a bzr branch (originally originating from svn trunk, accessed via bzr-playground.gnome.org) I get the following error

bzr: ERROR: Tags not supported by SvnBranch('svn+ssh://<email address hidden>/svn/conduit/trunk'); you may be able to use bzr upgrade --dirstate-tags.

Happens when pushing one or many revisions.

Im not doing anything with tags, or anything in the svn tag dir at the time

This is caused by the fact that the branch you're trying to push contains tags (even if they were already there when you created the branch).
