bzr serve --svn

Now that bzr-svn supports true push, it should not be hard to create a
simple "bzr svnserve" command that starts svnserve for a particular
subversion repository and maintains a mirror of a bunch of bzr branches
in a subversion repository.

It'd need the following configuration:

(branch path -> BZR URL)*
poll interval

Before this can be implemented, bzr push --overwrite should be
supported, because otherwise, we're not able to deal with uncommits on
the bzr branch.

This is already partially working (readonly though). It's possible to use "svn log", "svn info", "svn ls" and "svn co" IIRC.

Help finishing svnserve is more than welcome. I probably won't have any spare time to spend on this for the next few months.
