Bug Description
It would be nice if making a new branch could automatically create a
text index.
This would need to hook into:
init
branch
push
pull
It should be cancellable - that is, if the user hits Ctrl-C when this is
happening the creation of their branch should not have been affected.
Possibly just the hook on set_last_
trigger this. (Assuming it fires on new branches).
Also needed for storage (so that branches stay cheap) is the planned
shared-index stuff.
