Bug Description
Currently our project.cfg template is very long and verbose. Because we want to make many things optional, we need to reduce the size of the template, and suggest only mandatory info.
Something like this:

# For any component you should specify at least RELPATH and BRANCH_URL option
# [component "foo"]
# RELPATH =
# BRANCH_URL =
