Bug Description
It would be nice to have a 'commit-and-update' command, which provides this plugin's functionality on commits to checkouts. As I understand it, in a checkout, 'bzr commit' is equivalent to
bzr commit --local
bzr push
and since I want the plugin to work on push operations, I also want it to work on a commit in a checkout.
