What happens:
The following command: `bzr lp-land --rollback=12272 --testfix`

Resulted in the following tags: "[testfix][r=gmb][ui=none][no-qa]"

What should have happend:

The tags should have been: "[testfix][r=gmb][ui=none][no-qa][rollback=12272]", according to the help for bzr lp-land:

--rollback=ARG Rollback given revision number. (tags commit with
[rollback=revno]).
