Should be possible to set revision properties for merges requested through PQM

Please make it possible to specify revision properties when requesting a merge through PQM.

When we use PQM in Launchpad, we encode some meta-data about the merge revision into the commit message, e.g. who reviewed the diff, and what bugs are fixed. This would make more sense to have a real revision properties, but there is currently no way to specify revision properties when requestin a merge for PQM. Or is there?

(Yes, we could add the revision properties to the branch getting merged, using 'bzr commit --unchanged', but we discussed this and it's more natural to have these properties on the revision PQM adds.)
