Bug Description
Merging a complete loom into an existing loom is tedious as it involves switching to every thread and merge --pull from the corresponding thread in loom to merge from.
Thread addition, deletion and renaming should also be handled correctly.
The end result should be have all threads updated, new threads created, renamed threads renamed. Threads that have conflicts should be marked as well.
