Bug Description

The env BZR_LOG=/dev/null desactivate the .bzr.log (it works using bzr in command line).
But using the Bazaar Plugin, the log file is still filled.

The org/vcs/bazaar/client/BazaarPreference.java file doesnt have the BZR_LOG env variable, leading to this bug.
The following patch fixes it for me.
