bzr-interactive crash if there is a binary patch pending.

Hello,

the plugin crashed when I was trying to apply some hunks with:

$ bzr ci -i

Message error was:

bzr: ERROR: exceptions.AttributeError: 'BinaryPatch' object has no attribute 'hunks'

    attaching the crash file
        /home/quique/.cache/crash/bzr-20100926151229-3904.crash
    and including a description of the problem.

    The crash file is plain text and you can inspect or edit it to remove
    private information.

So I guess that binary hunk was the problem. I attach the full crash file.

Also I attach a preliminary solution to avoid to patch binary hunks.
