Bug Description
The Mercurial version detection fails for current development builds, although they otherwise appear to work fine. The attached patch fixes this by splitting at ‘+’.

Thanks for the patch.
We should probably just skip the version check altogether if a
development build is installed, as all bets are off (we can't guarantee
that bzr-hg works with the specific build, API breakages can occur).
