Bug Description
I'm subscribed to the Mercurial PPA so 1.4 is now installed on my system. bzr-hg fails to start saying ...
bzr: ERROR: Unable to import library "mercurial": bzr-hg: Mercurial version 1.4 not supported.
bzr-hg needs to support both 1.4 and 1.3, not just the latter.
