Bug Description
I'm currently using a Subversion repository with SSL client certificates with a passphrase. By default Subversion stores the passphase for the certificate in gnome-keyring which does not appear to be visible to Bazaar. Thus you will be prompted for the passphrase even though it is cached in Subversion.
Workaround is to set [auth] password-stores to an empty string in ~/.subvesion/

This is an issue in bzr-gtk, which provides the integration with GNOME
keyring in Bazaar.
