option to hide unchanged or ignored files

Is it possible have it set up so that only the emblem for files that have been modified but not committed is displayed. I find the emblems for ignored files and unmodified files to be uninformative and/or needlessly busy. I generally care most/only about those files that have changes. In my preferred setup only those that have been modified will have an emblem, anything else I would consider as unchanged. So, I would get essentially the same information but my folder would be less in my face about it.
