use nautilus side-panel for bazaar info and actions

Bug Description
The way in which the bazaar nautilus plug-in works seems a bit counter-intuitive to me. It wasn't immediately obvious to me how to commit see history and such. I find it odd that you have to right-click a file to commit everything.
I had two expectations that weren't met actually:
1. The toolbar would contain buttons for the most common actions,
2. The side-panel would have the ability to do this, and view the history, and more.
