bzr vis / seahorse should check all uid's of a key for the committer credentials

Bug Description

Currently, when revisions are signed and the committer name / e-mail combo is not the primary identity of the key, bzr vis thinks the committer and signer are not the same person.
So in revisionview.py line 239 around key.get_display_name() there should also be a check for the secondary identities attached to the key for the committer credentials.
