gcommit should have allow the user to mark bugs as fixed and set the
"bugs" revision property.

What are the steps need to do this?
    * Update UI to collect a space separated list of bugs
    * Updated the commit callback to get the list and add each as a "bugs" revision property

We also need to save/restore the bugs like we already save/restore the message.
