Bug Description

When doing a first push to launchpad with olive, I was asked for accepting credentials.

The thing is, olive never asked me with a gtk dialog; if I had not had a terminal window open at that time, I would never have been able to say Yes and olive would have frozen.

Here is what appeared on my terminal:
jeff@kaname:~/trunks/bzr-gtk-kiddo$ ./olive-gtk

Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?

This is indeed a bug, not sure what the appropriate fix is though. How does evolution do this?
