bzr git-import non-functioning

Bug Description

When attempting to run:

 bzr git-import git://git.savannah.gnu.org/coreutils.git coreutils

I receive:

 bzr: ERROR: socket.error: (104, 'Connection reset by peer')

However, 'git clone' works just fine:
