Bug Description
"bzr fast-export" crashes on exporting when it is set to import a marks file. To reproduce:
"cd" to bzr-fastimport branch directory
$ bzr fast-export --marks /tmp/marks.txt . >/dev/null
$ bzr fast-export --marks /tmp/marks.txt . >/dev/null
The first export works but the second with imported marks makes it crash. Backtrace attached.
