Bug Description

When a bound checkout is opened with Bazaar Explorer, it names the tab with a link to the bound branch nick (e.g., working -> testfeature). If the working branch is then switched however (bzr qswitch), this name does not refresh.

This looks to be working ok in explorer 1.2.1 after I hit the "Refresh" button.

Original reproduction steps were:
1. Create a heavy checkout pointing to a remote location
2. Open Bazaar Explorer, and observe that the tab title contains the local dir and remote name (e.g., working -> trunk)
3. In the heavy checkout, run bzr switch <another remote feature>
4. Observe that the Bazaar Explorer tab still displays working -> trunk
(5. Hit the refresh button after the switch is complete, and observe that the tab now displays the expected text of working -> feature)
