[Feature Request] Context menu on all file names

Whenever I see a file name, I'd like to access a full context menu for it.
The #1 use of this would be the Bazaar Explorer main view showing how the working tree differs from the head revision.
The main context items would be things like Revert, Rename, Remove, Add, Log, Diff, Ignore.
The Working Tree view has quite a good set of context items, but requires the user to locate the files already listed in the main view, which is tedious.
(I realize QBZR is responsible for most of the windows outside of the main Bazaar Explorer set. It already provides reasonable, though incomplete coverage in context menus.)
