Bug Description
explorer's views should refresh when external changes happen, currently the user has to click the refresh button

This is possible for local repositories using QFileSystemWatcher
This would also help for bug 779459 "qbzr should send qt signal to explorer when action is finished to initiate refresh in explorer"
