Bug Description

There is small bug in lib/explorer_preferences.py that cause language option leaks into explorer.conf. As result we have the question:

In the file 'C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Roaming\bazaar\2.0\explorer\explorer.conf' is a line like 'language=de'. But so far I can't see what it does, because if I change the language to English in Bazaar Explorer (under Tools, Options, Appearance, User Interface, Language) it changes the line 'language = en' in my 'C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Roaming\bazaar\2.0\bazaar.conf'. In 'explorer.conf', it still reads 'language=de', but Bazaar Explorer is correctly set to English.
