colo support: custom switch dialog should show branch names as colo-branches does

Bug Description
My colo branches are using subfolders in their paths:
C:\work\
0.19
0.20
experimental/
experimental/
experimental/
review/dorins
* trunk
Unfortunately custom switch dialog shows me only the last part of their paths. It should show the same subpath as colo-branches does.
