View changes in status view as a tree

Bug Description

Feature Request:
Can we have an user preference to change the way the changes are displayed in the view.
Can a tree view be used?
Maybe a tree per change type:
Modified.
Renamed.
Deleted. etc.

I started work on this in the first few weeks of Explorer's life but it's never seen the light of day because more important things swamped it. See https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~ian-clatworthy/bzr-explorer/better-wt-view if you'd like to build on some initial code.

I'm struggling to branch this code or even view the changes online. I think there is a problem with the server or with this branch.
