Bug Description
On WinXP with 'standalone' bzr.exe - QBzr 0.13.1, bzrlib 1.18, PyQt 4.4.3, Qt 4.4.1, Python 2.5.4
Brz Explorer Version 0.6.1
"Explore -> System Log" generates an error box which reads "bzr: ERROR: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified"
In Diagnostic Mode the log file location given appears to be correct.
I don't believe this to be a duplicate of bug #391334 as the error message is different.
