Bug Description
If I run qconfig (Settings -> Configuration -> User Configuration) and then change editor settings in bazaar.conf then I'm expecting that explorer will get new value right after I'm done with qconfig. Unfortunately it's not.

Hmm - I'll need to check whether it's epxlorer or bzrlib doing the caching. If it's the latter, I suspect there's no API to clear the cache so we might need to hack around it.
