error if folders are removed

Once I am done and have pushed a branch, I usually clear the folders from my systems as I have limited space. If the application is still open when that happens.....I get an error:

bzr: ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'/home/jeff/Desktop/launchpad/lcdproc/BugFix1351304/.bzr/checkout/dirstate'

Which application are you running where you get this error? bzr is a command-line tool.

Not even sure anymore. May have been Bazaar Explorer, unsure of the
version.
