Error when working with FTP connections and connection gets closed

Bug Description
Using Bazaar 2.5.1-1 with trunk of qbzr, bzr-explorer, bzrtools and bzr-rewrite on Win7.
I opened a repository on a FTP server with my Bazaar Explorer. Some minutes later (after the remote FTP server has obviously closed the connection due to a timeout) I clicked on 'Refresh'. The result was an ugly environmental error. I attached the relevant lines of my .bzr.log.
Maybe this bug should be filed in bzr rather than bzr-explorer... I'm not quite sure. But Bazaar should try to re-establish a FTP connection if it was dropped by the remote server, rather than showing this error.
Error 10054 "Eine vorhandene Verbindung wurde vom Remotehost geschlossen" means "An existing connection was closed by the remote host".
