Bug Description
Set subject prefix like "[COMMIT]" to tag the mail in mailist.

Seems like an interesting thing to do.
For the bazaar group, we have a separate list for all of this, so it would just make the subject longer and harder to read.
However, for people who send the commits to the same mailing list, this could be quite useful.
A simple config option like:
subject_prefix = "[COMMIT] "
would be reasonable.
