bzr-email parameters should be specified in a header

It would be nice if bzr-email add a header in the mail that summarizes the options used to build the email (including default values) .

That will allow email processing more easily on the receiving end.

I'm not entirely sure what options you want to propagate. Perhaps the locations?

I thought about all the options that may be hard to find without parsing the whole email in a fault-tolerant way. diff limit for example or any other of the same kind present of future :)
