incorrect dialog type makes double clicking on file in commit window useless

Bug Description
Double clicking on file in commit dialogs opens revision compare editor. While this is very useful feature to have, commit dialog is application modal type and doesnt allow switching to compare editor and browsing file changes there.

Thanks for reporting the problem.
I think this can be "solved" if the dialog isn't application modal, but the commit action should be disabled until the previous dialog is closed.
I'll check how to implement it and start working on it in the next few days.
