Bug Description
The list of issues and improvements to be addressed:
1) Open in Editor action should be triggered automatically on double click when possible
2) Actions in Affected Paths viewer fail when invoked on items with no local resource
3) Actions in Affected Paths should be disabled for folders
4) Incorrect icon is used for folders in Affected Paths viewer
5) Resources in Affected Paths viewer should be highlighted depending on the resources selected to show History view
