Bug Description
I am working on an inkscape build and needed to merge in the packaging branch so I used this line:
merge debian lp:~ubuntu-desktop/inkscape/ubuntu debian
which has an extra debian at the end. It gave me this error:
bzr: ERROR: No namespace registered for string: 'debian'
James says we should probably give a better error.

This shows an issue with bug 479705 - the rev specifier and the dir to merge from there are in the same spot[ish] - anyhow the intent in this recipe would be sensible.
However, just
merge packaging lp:~ubuntu...../ubuntu
should 'just work'
