Bug Description

I run screen on my local system, but have the escape keys set differently than i do on remote instances.

This is so I explicitly *can* run nested screen.

In this setting, when I run 'LC_BYOBU=1 ssh <host>' byobu on the other side determines that I am running screen (which I am) and does not automatically launch.

I'd like to be able to specify that I *want* that behavior.

Okay, so you want to be able to run byobu inside of screen, through the LC_BYOBU=1 method.

well... or
 LC_BYOBU=force
 LC_BYOBU=2
or something like that. at the point in which you have multiple values
possible for LC_BYOBU (ie, right now), it probably makes sense to turn it
into a string at least.

I'm thinking of actually changing it to something more like
LC_TERMTYPE, which could be any string. I'd then define it to support
[byobu, byobu-screen, byobu-tmux], and and perhaps allow a "-nested"
appendage on the end of any of those. What do you think, Scott?

Okay, fixes committed, Scott.

Just set LC_BYOBU > 1 to enable auto launch of byobu, and allow nesting.

LC_BYOBU=2 ssh remote_host
