Get correct escape key for menu status

Bug Description

I was getting the following output from the menu indicator:
  Menu:<^"-@>

(instead of "Menu:<^a-@>")

I am attaching a patch which should fix this.

Could you attach your $BYOBU_CONFIG_DIR/keybindings file? I think I might have a slightly different fix, but I'd like to confirm it against your keybindings file.

Just for completeness:

% cat .byobu/keybindings
source $BYOBU_PREFIX/share/byobu/keybindings/screen-escape-keys

But I am not sure if it was like that when I wrote the fix.

Re-Opening: this (lp:~blueyed/byobu/fix-881993) appears to never have been merged (from a quick look at usr/lib/byobu/menu).
