Outdated links on web site

There are many outdated links on the web site, and for some inexplicable reason they are all links that redirect through Google.

For example here: https://www.byobu.org/source-code

It says:

> Browse the current code at:
> http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~kirkland/byobu/trunk/files

But there's no source code there, just a single .bzrignore file.

Eventually with a little searching I find that the code has been moved to https://github.com/dustinkirkland/byobu.

And here: https://www.byobu.org/downloads

Many of the links are broken. Also, the link at the bottom to download release tarballs still goes to Launchpad while the current releases are actually at https://github.com/dustinkirkland/byobu/releases although sadly no release tarballs have been published there.

Please take some time to look through your entire web site and update any outdated links and information.
