Bug Description
Hello!
It would appear as though the "byobu-enable" command is not working for certain terminals, namely "kitty" by Kovid Goyal, "st", "terminology", and "alacritty"; I am unaware as to how many others are affected as well, however, it seems to work perfectly in the "hyper" terminal by zeit, as well as "cmder" on Windows, through the "windows Subsystem for Linux" system. The reason I'm assuming this, is because every time I use one of the terminals not working, the byobu interface does not come up, nor can use the shortcuts either.
Unfortunately, I cannot properly use byobu's shortcuts on hyper, as it for some reason does not register the control and alt keys, and therefore wish to switch to one of the terminals currently not working. Unfortunately, with hyper being the only one working as of this moment, I cannot.
Any help on the matter will be greatly appreciated!
