Bug Description
Right now, disk io, network will just disappear if there is less activity. Can you provide an option to show it even if there is less or no activity.

In fact, you can set DISK_IO_THRESHOLD and NETWORK_THRESHOLD to 0 in your ~/.byobu/statusrc and achieve this behavior.
