Bug Description

systemd 230 was recently released and is now in Ubuntu 16.10 (development).

A major change is that user process are killed by default upon log out. I believe byobu should probably opt in to stay running after log out.

Thanks for the heads up. This is a critical issue, but it should be fixed in tmux and/or screen, rather than Byobu.
